Class Classification

To help you decide which classes are appropriate for you we’ve classified every class on the timetable:

Level One Sessions - (L1) These classes are perfect if you want to move through at a slower pace, are a beginner or are coming back from a long break.

Level Two Sessions - (L2) Taught at an intermediate level so if you’re wanting to move your body and enjoy building more strength and stability these classes are for you. Some yoga experience will help you get through these classes.

Level Three Sessions - (L3) Yoga experience is essential, in these sessions we explore more advanced postures and techniques. You must have at least a year of consistent yoga experience and be coming into the studio 3-4 times a week.

Weekly Memberships

Unlimited Classes = $50 per week

3 classes a week = $39 per week

2 classes a week = $29 per week
