Yoga For Better Sleep- A Short Home Practice

In this short 20 minute practice video I’ll take you through a very basic sequence to help reduce stress hormones in your body and improve your sense of calm and relaxation.

It’s best done in the afternoon when you get home from work so that you can start unwinding. This process of de-stressing from the day and preparing for a good nights sleep can take up to 3 hours.
