In this recording I take some time to discuss sutra 1.5 and 1.6.
Patanjali presents for us the changing states of mind and encourages us to start developing some understanding around which thoughts are conducive on this yoga journey and which are detrimental.
Through a yogic lifestyle we are able to cultivate more and more conducive thoughts which will lead us to a more sattvic state which can ultimately change the foundational state of our minds so that we are able to live from a place of contentment and joy regardless of what the material world is presenting.
