I can say it till I'm blue in the face...
'These are just options...listen to YOUR body.'
'Make sure the breath is present, if it's not drop back into a rest or pull back.'
It's a challenge I know, cause we all struggle with this part of ourselves called the 'ego' yes me too!...and when this little voice comes up, it's all about pushing harder, going further, and doing better. Without the breath it's simply not yoga.
In this short recording I take the time to talk about the 3 qualities you want to develop as a yoga student and if you're a teacher the ways in which you need to support your students to finding their yoga practice.
